After The Long Internet Hiatus
What can I say. For over 13 years this free little website (thanks Weebly) has been a placeholder and a way for X-Zach GPR Services to be found on the internet. For the most part it has done it's job in that respect. I've never put much effort into keeping it updated as it did not really need it.
Then came the down time. I had to stop performing services for several years due to my mom's declining health until her eventual passing. Those 13 years of building word of mouth were pretty much flushed down the drain. All of my regular clients either changed hands, went out of business, or found a different way to get around the use of my services. That's fine and understandable. Time for change....
So here I am starting over as far as clientele goes. I'm also changing a few other things such as the mode of transportation as seen in the pictures above. There will be some changes made in this new form of transport in the near future, but it will continue to be by the same motorcycle with some enhancements to make it work more efficiently. That's going to be the name of the game going forward is "more efficiently".
Since my GPR is not exactly waterproof It is technically a "fair weather" business in the first place. The biodegradable, water based surveying paint that I use doesn't apply well to wet surfaces anyway. I ride the motorcycle in almost all weather conditions, but the GPR doesn't deal with the same conditions I do. We'll see how well this works out in the future.
And yes that is the Mighty KLR 650 which was produced for over 31 years.
